The room was massive, the furniture could have been placed a little more imaginatively but that was a style thing. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. The kitchenette was functional. Rm 43 needs a little bit of love re the mixer tap, and the carpet is threadbare in one spot. The hotel is large, the bar can be a little noisy at the beginning of the night, but then as the night progresses our room was very quiet and looked out into the courtyard. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast and the hotel staff are all professional and friendly. The hotel is in walking distance of most of the cities attractions, and if you don’t fancy walking the tram and bus stops are close by.

Be prepared to be given an accessible room that you did not book. No communication when checking in. I wouldn’t rate it a 3 star.
Manager said they were full, they weren’t.
Restaurant food was poor. Burrata was cold & solid & the wait staff had no idea how it should be served. They actually laughed when i complained.
I will never stay @ peppers on Waymouth again.
