Hotel was very nice and good location but view was not great and not portrayed in pictures. Breakfast was in a different hotel which was a surprise as I had not read anything about this and breakfast was not fantastic and cooked food on display was cold as well as the coffee

They really looked after us. All the staff put in a huge effort to welcome you and look after every detail. Everyone at the deal speaks great English an nothingis too much trouble. We chat easily about Vietnamese life, family differences to Australian culture, elocution lessons for speaking the lingo, we find out the word for joke, as there is so much laughter abounding in the contagious hospitality we have experienced over our 3 day stay here, how can we not return next year, we ask ourselves.?

It is a real hidden gem. A resort for the price of a 3-Star hotel.

the room needs renovation especially the bathtub. I extremely don't like the air conditioning as even I set it around 27 degree but it freeze and noisy. The next day I asked for extra blanket and it feels a little bit better
