El personal de 10 pero las áreas de gradas para subir a las habitaciones hay que limpiarlas es un área con muy mal olor

Todo estuvo perfecto ,el servicio super la comida super,la atención excelente,solo le faltaba un poquito de aseo a las habitaciones y que la limpiaran mejor.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the amenities were good and the shows were fun. The room we had was really nice and the staff came in regularly to clean and replace linen. The pressure in the shower was good. The beach was easy to get to Negatives: The pool was a little beaten up, lots of tiles coming loose. The food was just ok, I've been to a couple of other all inclusive, so I know the food can be hit or miss. I felt like the things that were supposed to be cold (fish, deserts etc) should have been kept at a lower temperature and the inside area (especially the fish restaurant) should have been colder inside with some fans to dissuade flies. The food was a little dry. I wish they had less options but better food. As expected there was a lot of seaweed on the beach certain days which made it difficult to swim.

Excellent property for everyone's enjoyment.

Room was nicely done and made every morning and pool are close to some rooms so u can score better seats
