Just remember to make dinner reservations in advance to ensure you get the restaurant of your choice for that night! The Palladium app is very helpful and a great way to see menu offerings in each restaurant. Each morning Edward, our assigned butler, checked in with us via WhatsApp to see if we……

“We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. The listing states that towels are……

“Rooms get hardly cleaned stayed there for 6 night and at a point you could smell the bathroom wasn’t freshened up. Food selection was good just for about an hour during an late lunch or early dinner you could only get fast food. Service as a whole was horrible people are rude and very unwilling to help, just dismissive. Would not stay there again ever.”

“The property is very centric and very accessible. It is comfortable, clean and the pool is fantastic. We had some minor situations which were solved immediately. I would suggest to put another tv at the bedroom and have a toaster for the breakfast”
