When we first checked in , they did not see I upgraded to Priviledge suite so nothing for rest of week was available . We thought since we upgraded to Premium suite it would been upgraded and pictures are not same In person , few things didn't work but maintenance was there in matter of minutes . Rest of time was wonderful, some of best food @ all inclusive I've had . We will still come back

Our room was great and the hosting staff kept it nice and stocked. Both pools in Adults Only were nice and we split our days between both. Each had bar one food within close proximity with the smaller rest pool directly adjacent to the beach. Food was very good including the large buffet location in mall area but our favorite fire breakfast and dinner was BLoved. The Alegra spa was excellent as we did receive couple of free massages sessions. We booked the 2nd floor cabana in beach for our 1 hour couples massage. The masseuses were very nice and did a great job identifying and hitting tight muscle groups. The massage area was clean and the sits of waves in the beach, wind rustling through the palm trees, and the soft music was very very relaxing. First time in Punta Cana but definitely would consider returning.

The place was nice. Staff were friendly. Made reservations at the different restaurants on our first day and most of them had limited availability. Among the three restaurants we reserved for dinner, we only enjoyed one. The supposedly Asian place Tao Cat was awful. Nothing Asian about it. And the Italian place Mama Mia wasn't a good one either. The only one we liked was Bloved. We were also tricked into being invited over for "VIP benefits" whatever which is basically them selling Exclusive Traveler membership that took half of our day. The room we were staying in also felt warm at 23-24 degrees. When we requested for something colder, helpdesk on the phone said that was the lowest setting they had for all the hotel rooms (not sure if that was true). Rooms were also old and wasn't well lighted. We also arranged for hotel pick up going to the airport and the transport we booked wasn't allowed to enter the hotel premises and they had us go to the property entrance via golf cart. They also gave "massage coupons" which felt like a scam since the spa apparently didn't have any availability for the next 3days or so. Not sure if they had availability if we weren't using the coupons though

Stayed there for the last 3 nights and had a really amazing time. The staff was amazing and caring. The pools and facilities were really nice, plenty of bars and restaurants. Went to the adult side, and it was really peaceful, no lineups.

If I was told you only have one word to explain your stay it would be amazing. But here we go, the staff is very friendly; they continually make you feel welcomed. I'd honestly return in 2028 (maybe). My only thing I want to say is be prepared for Les solitaire; they don't give up. Also I meet a couple who was sold a tour they never received. They got their money back with security but make sure to book activities with the resort themselves or Expedia. Gracias to all for a great time if you're reading this.

I'll start with the good. Location, the pool, the ambiance. The bad = the food, the service, the website, the room service. When we first arrived they told us to reserve dinner at the restaurants. Every place was already booked, which sucks because we paid for an all inclusive and could not eat anywhere. We decided it was all good and we could do room service since that's all we could do. We ordered room service every night, and every single time our order got "lost". We had to go down to the front desk each time after not receiving our food after waiting for 2 hours each time. The front desk would call it in for us and we would finally get our food delivered. It was so bad that the front desk knew our room number the second we walked in to ask them where our food was. The app/website never worked and they kept saying sorry but shrugged their shoulders and did not offer any solutions. The food was cafeteria food. Maybe the restaurants would be better but we never got a chance to eat dinner there. The service was hit or miss. Some were actually really friendly. We tipped at the start as a subtle "hello we take care of you, you game care of us". Half the time it worked, the other half the service was just rude. I speak Spanish but I look as white as can be. They would constantly speak badly about me to each other when I would order anything. Saying things like "this fat a$$" or "damn this guy's got problems". Although both things are probably true lol, Its still rude.
