“Address was wrong and no answer from management. Lost money. Never found the place and no information was available. ”

“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. The breakfast was made to order and was fairly flexible with what they could accomodate, leave at least 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The rooms are on the……

“Staff was helpful ”

“Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience ”

“The room was very spacious & clean. The staff were so nice and helpful as well. I also like that there were multiple pools and places to sit poolside. Also, there is a small market, bar and a few restaurants in the location area for easy access”

“Beautiful property. Great pool, although chairs are hard to find when busy. Great beach. Unique experience was worth it. Food was overall good (Mareas and inari were great), although some restaurants were better than others. Also had some gastrointestinal distress after eating at the hotel all week. Butler made reservations as requested. Housekeeping was over good, but missed some requests toward the end of the stay. Bars and alcohol selection was good. Activities and entertainment was fun,……

“Swimming pools are large and clean”

“Resort was beautiful. Unfortunately the food was not good. The 3 restaurants we went to was hibachi, Mexican and steakhouse. Other than three Mexican was the best, but it took over an hour to get our food because the server forgot to put our order in and he was rude on top of that. Reservations are very limited. There is no Stille bar figured they would have servers walking around offering drinks that only happened once the four days we were there we wanted to drink. We have to get up and walk……
