"Mi reciente estadía en Zel Punta Cana fue, sinceramente, perfecta, viajar solo a un resort todo incluido puede ser a veces un poco impersonal, pero en este caso fue todo lo contrario. ¡No quería irme! ​La razón principal de esta calificación y de mi deseo absoluto de repetir no es solo la belleza de las instalaciones, sino la calidad humana y la profesionalidad de todo el equipo. ​Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí genuinamente bienvenido. Quiero hacer una mención especial al gerente, Alexis López cuya atención al detalle y liderazgo es evidente en cada rincón del hotel, se nota que su equipo está motivado y trabaja con una pasión increíble. ​Cada interacción, desde el personal de recepción, el.concierge Raphy, los camareros en los restaurantes, los bartenders en resumidas cuentas todo el personal, fue de atención de primera, me hicieron sentir como un huésped VIP y, más importante aún, como si estuviera visitando amigos. "We stayed at Lopesan in the Unique category for my 40 birthday. When we arrived , we were greeted with champagne and there was a private check in. They let us check in a little early which was great. They left a chocolate gift in our room which was delicious! We spent the majority of our time at the Unique bar on the beach and every bartender was super nice! The service was very fast and friendly! I will say that we do tip and tried to say a little bit of stuff in spanish. Basically by the 3rd day of our 8 day trip, they had our order memorized. We had butler service and it was really great! He was able to book our restaurant reservations and book our spa reservations every day with no problems. On the day of my birthday dinner, we went to the French restaurant and it was SO GOOD, and then at the end of dinner there was a major happy birthday song involving drums and tambourines! The beach was kept really clean and all of the chairs had umbrellas. There were PLENTY of chairs. There was tons of staff maintaining the gardens, beach, and property. There was chairside drink service. My room was cleaned well by housekeeping--I brought 2 damp rid bags and so the humidity was fine in my room. The show was pretty fun and the singers/dancers were really good. The most fun activity that I went to was the foam party at the adults only pool on Sunday. I LOVED my trip. I had a great time. I feel it was an exceptional value for what I got. I would definitely recommend Lopesan! "
