“Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience ”

“Room = clean just sewer smell from toilets which is typical this part of dr hotels Over all cleanless = looks good just saw one cockroach in a hallway u are in tropical heat so it is normal Food = good food overall , buffet is well maintained even tough fairly similar foods but as far as freshness and quality it is good. Hibachi was good also other a la cartes are good as well. Just lunch times maybe other options can be helpfull . The fast food by beach , pizza guy is great not much the……

“It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. Only 20min from the airport. Overall the property is upkept and nice. Pools and beach are great. At check-in we were given rooms keys that didn’t work and then we were given keys to someone else’s room who we walked in on. Front desk was unapologetic and we got nothing in return. Food lacks in quality but that’s kind of normal in D.R.? Our flights got moved for departure and transportation service that was booked through Expedia canceled on us and didn’t……

“I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better.”

“It was okay . The resort is the newest but the staff has a lot of heart which made the stay much better . The rooms can use a lot of love . Kinda run down and pools are def in need of some more upkeep . The resort has so much potential just needs more attention and love .”

“Peaceful and relaxing place. A great hotel for a retreat, lots of health and wellness activities. The entire property was kept pristine. The beach was clean, as well as the multiple pools. All the restaurants had delicious food and drinks. I will definitely go back.”
