“The breakfast was excellent and the people were incredibly friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only 'negative' thing I noticed was that the pool had a lot of leaves in it, but maybe that was due to the early morning moment. ”

“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. The breakfast was made to order and was fairly flexible with what they could accomodate, leave at least 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The rooms are on the……

“Staff was helpful ”

“The room was clean and it’s the same as in the pictures. I’m will only recommend adding the electricity fee to the rent of this place. It was NOT mentioned anywhere when I reserve it, and it was sort of annoying getting to know that last day. An estimated can be simple added to the fee instead.”

“Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience ”

“It’s a beautiful place but there were quite a few things that made my stay an unpleasant one: No TV in the sitting area. When there is a TV, the remote is missing. No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place. Room is switched. At 11 PM fire alarm went off ( no one’s fault ) and I was offered another room after making it clear that I would not spend the night in there. At midnight went to my 3rd room, no TV……

“Loved the coffee shop and so many pool areas/bars/restaurants. Particularly liked the unique beach and breakfast/bar area. Also extra touches for birthday with banner, balloons etc. We brought hang up dehumidifier disposable bags which worked great as high humidity and aircon.”

“This is a peaceful resorts that pulls out all the stops for its guests. The food here is good here. The staff worked very hard to impress, and the staff is very attentive to anything you want. I got a fantastic massage at Yhi Spa with Leida Flores. She’s very nice & such an asset to this resort. The 55 minute massage is reasonably priced & worth every cent. The check in desk is efficient but long staff are helpful & very friendly. The beach area has a tiki bar added that has excellent drinks &……
