「Excellent stay! The resort was clean, the room was very nice and the pools and beach were amazing. Somehow we had a premium level package so we were assigned a butler and he was fantastic. There were a couple hiccups with our room keys and room safe and the staff dealt with them so quickly. My only criticism is that the food was so so but thats to be expected at a big resort like this. Id come here again! 」

「The property manager Rosa is the best!! We stayed at three different villas/apartments due to family joining us for our trip and Rosa was a wonderfull host helping us with our every need. This is the most beautiful stay on the beach literally just a minute from the beach from the quaint villas to minutes from the apartments with a full kitchen with multiple bedrooms. This is a very safe and secure property with Rosa being the best host of anywhere I have ever stayed.」

「This hotel has a very special charm. Although it is an older property, the facilities are well maintained, and its beautiful Spanish colonial style gives it a unique and welcoming character. Its location in the heart of Bávaro is excellent—the beach is just across the avenue, and there are souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, making everything very convenient.
