「Clean room, air conditioner didn't work consistently, staff was great, bars were great, the food was terrible to the point everyone was complaining. I stayed at this property 7 years ago and the food was good. The property is showing signs of wear and tear but it is an older property. 」

「The resort itself was clean, the beach was nice, and overall our trip was good. The buffets were not great, I’d recommend only sticking with the à la carte restaurants for dinner, the Chilli’s one especially. One of our friends got extremely sick and was out for an entire day which we are unsure what from. Aside from the food, the resort staff were quite ignorant and rude. 「The only think lacking were things to do in the evening. There were not many options and with the pools closing at 6:00pm there was not much to do. Otherwise the food, drinks, rooms, pool, and beach were very nice. We did not end up staying at Turkesa, but upgraded to Ambar when we arrived.」

「La recepción fue bien. El problema fue al descargar el baño, tenía sus problemas.
El desayuno fue básico. El personal en el desayuno dejo mucho que desear.

「Great holidays! Wonderful resort, beautiful beach, friendly staff, clean room and good restaurants. Recommend!
