“Amenities are in really poor conditions, place is very difficult to find, there’s no clear signs about the name of the place and the pictures doesn’t match the reality. Inside was dusty, bathrooms were dirty and the AC wasn’t working plus you need to pay an extra fee for the electricity usage. ”

“I had a pleasant experience at Zel Punta Cana ! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs. I would say cleanliness could have been better in our room. The staff was more than happy to clean when requested. The overall cleanliness of the property was amazing ! Thank you especially to Raphy who assisted with making my stay enjoyable and comfortable. The bartenders were very kind. Please make sure you go to the Beachfront, Emmanuel took care of us well!”

“The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. ”
