"In general it was great, but we had a few issues with a reservation in a restaurant and they had miscommunication, they told us about a party at the beach, they supposed to have tapas and open bar and 2 hr before a lady came to us and told us that we must buy a bottle to be able to joing the party, at the end we went expecting to be kick out... but turns out that was a miscommunication of the staff from the hotel. During our last night, we wanted to go to Volcano restaurant, we loved a plate from them... so, we wanted before leaving, and ohhh that night it wasn'tavailable, I told the waiter about it and the next thing, the chef was talking with us, explainedthe process of the dish and he told us that it need it little more of cooking, but if i want it he could check if there were a piece ready, ans it was!!!! So, we where very glad for the kindness of chef Paulino. The room was comfy and spacious, food was great, all the staff was very gentle. Oh, and the front desk coffee machine was amazing!"

"Great hotel, well organized. Food really good, we tried all the restaurants ( be careful if any allergies, make sure you tell everyone multiple times), all were good. Pool and beach are amazing. The boulevard is very nice. People need to pay a little more attention, but thats not a big concern. "

"Where you stay is a key factor in making a good vacation GREAT. We have booked numerous times with VRBO, but have to say that Sarah (owner) was the most responsive that we have come across. I think the longest we ever had to wait for a response to a text was 15 minutes. Unit was very clean, well equipped, easy to access. The property (condo buildings) where the unit is located maintains the property very well and there were several tradesmen working there maintaining the property. I strongly urge you to consider this location. Unit is well furnished with all the toys that you need to enjoy your stay. Noticed that it is equipped for a family with small kids as we saw kids bathtub, toys, etc."

"It was as advertised. The address takes you past the condos. That was a little confusing since we got there after the shops and everything had closed. The security was good and the room was satisfactory. I would highly reccomend walking towards the water early in morning and booking all kinds of tours and activities right there. The jellyfish restaurant was delicious and use uber eats for food delivery after hours. "

"We had a great time here! It’s very close to a gorgeous beach where we saw sea turtles. The condo was very clean and accommodating to our family. We love the big couch and spent a lot of time on the porch"
