「I’ve been to many resorts in many countries, including a previous trip to Punta Cana, and I had never had as bad an experience as I did at the Occidental. We had to switch rooms 3 times during our stay due to a broken AC then a gas leak (which thankfully my friend noticed or who knows what would have happened if we slept in that room… 30 min to pack our stuff and we were both coughing) that made my clothing in the drawers and in the suitcase reek of gasoline and I had to wash everything twice...

「Jose was great He welcome well well 9/10 Other staff not nice at all feel like a rude front desk lady .1/10 Kitchen staff they mass 2 times myorder I ordered when i ask to replace my and make a new one they charge me for that Whole order was 10$ But when I asked to make a new one they charged me 12$ don’t understand this .」

「Marcos and Magda were great hosts. They were friendly, helpful, and made everything easy during our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and just like the pictures. Alexandra was also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcome the whole time. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.」

「Room's were cleaned regularly. Most of the staff were nice and friendly except a few. Weilson at the reception was super nice and friendly. Food could be a little better. Drinks were endless but felt like alcohol was diluted a lot. So always had to ask for extra alcohol and then still wouln'd get the buzz. Once I knew the trick, I would always ask to customize my drinks. Snacks by the beach were adequate but pizza quality wasn't good at all. I had much better pizzas and snacks at a different...

「The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. 」

「The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. 」
