「Positives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay. Negatives: We did have a 8 hours period were there was no running water, and alerted the staff, would mentioned it was due to a repair they...

「Everything was amazing! One tip, as soon as you check in, be sure to make your dinner reservations for every night of your stay. Staff were superb. Rooms were amazing and the view from an ocean front room were picture perfect. 」

「If you’re looking for a hotel right in the center of everything and close to the beach, but not on the beach… This is the hotel for you! However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, don’t stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didn’t have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again. 」

All the staff were great, but our concierge Franklin along with Candela and Ana were so helpful and kind.
