「What we liked: - food was really good - we asked for a quiet room and we got it - butler Edward was extremely helpful and professional and very nice to work with - hostesses Angela and Stephanie at Helios restaurant were very nice, professional and friendly - bartender Wexler who worked at the lobby bar and early at the pool bar was making great cocktails and was super friendly - the steakhouse, Kusko and Sumptuori were really good restaurants What we didn’t like: - it was for the first time...

「The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. 」

Not in the location they pinned on the map, not on the beach, no air conditioning, no hot water, filthy, ants everywhere, broken toilet and shower, moss growing out of the shower head, driver could not find the location because there is no Brisas in the name and the map location . REFUND MY MONEY. All online reviews were fake!!! 」

「Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. 」
