"It was an awesome trip. This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. It's been great. I like the sky view rooms. Eduardo was our butler, and he did a great job of keeping everything in our stay wonderful, food was great, one thing, I think they should make an effort to have more mock tales available as we don't like to drink as much alcohol anymore. Overall, this is a great place to stay."

"The hotel facilities weren’t bad in terms of the pool and general amenities. However, when it came to entertainment, there really weren’t many options for kids. As for cleanliness, everything was absolutely terrible!!! The pool water was dirty, and the food was so bad that everyone in our group ended up with food poisoning. Most of the staff were rude and clearly untrained. The rooms were not properly cleaned- they only changed the bed sheets! How is it possible for a hotel anywhere in the world not to vacuum, mop, or properly clean the rooms during an entire week-long stay????"

"Gary at the pool bar and martini bar is the reason we came back! He made the trip excellent because he cared about making sure we taken care of. The room was okay, took 3 times telling someone to clean up did blood on the wall. Food was good. This was our second time at this resort and will be back. "
