"I enjoyed the pool the services was excellent but only thing wrong was the room air conditioner was not working properly I complained about it they was supposed to fix it but they never did and my husband and I had to sleep 4 night in a hot room"

"Amenities were awesome always something to do and entertainment was great loved the lazy river!!. Unfortunately, check in is slow, most staff was not very friendly. Could not understand you and you were pretty much ignored unless you were tipping a substantial amount of money. The restaurants were pretty much slow and disgusting, physically got ill from the steakhouse, except for Rio, the Brazilian restaurant, which is tiptop amazing! if you are looking to get US cash currency good luck as it’s hard to come by at the resort. The casino is more like an arcade. It was laughable and definitely should not be used as a marketing tool for this resort. For the most part clean, but the structure is older, and half the lights kept going out in n our room we had to keep resetting the circuit breaker and banging on the AC fan as it continued to make noise, and the water spout for the shower had barely any pressure and hardly worked and! beds were not the softest in the world! I was hoping it would just be the resort, but we got the same kind of service off the resort too during excursions. I never review and I’m not the one to complain , but I have to say we will not be going back to the DR, although we made the best of it.!"

"This was our second stay at the Majestic Mirage. We wouldn't try another place. The friendliness of the ENTIRE staff is unbelievable. Everyone is so genuine and helpful. The food is absolutely marvelous and you have endless options to choose. The pools are super cool. they are long and you can float to so many different areas. The beach areas are maintained to perfection. The view are second to none. If you haven't been you need to come!! A+++++++++++++++++"

"The property itself was nice. I was highly disappointed in my room. Our toilet and television did not work for the first three days that we were there. My husband had to keep going to the front desk to make a complaint and to get a technician to come to fix the issue. After the third day, we finally were able to have a toilet that flushed and received a new television. However, our state was almost over. "

"My room was pretty with a garden view, the staff was pretty good except for times receiving wrong information from different staff members pertaining to checkout and meeting Amstar transportation rep. The food was horrible I would rate it 3/10 the food was cold at both buffet restaurants. "

"The pool was enjoyable. Spacious for swims but can lounge as well. Making reservations for non-buffet dining was miserable. Day of arrival your only choice is buffet. Property is in despair, could be nice if some $$ was reinvested. "

"The condo was great very clean. The staff was great and very helpful. The shuttle to the beach was nice but limited on drop off and pick up times so we walked and it’s a long walk in the heat but worth it. The extra $15.00 per person to go on the beach every day was pretty expensive when you have a family but you can use the ticket toward food and drink at the restaurant on the beach they charge $40.00 charge to shuttle to the airport was a bit expensive "
