"The view was clean and smelled good bed was very comfortable the view from our room was perfect the pool was clean the beach area was well kept me and my son enjoyed it. The 24 hour sports bar was excellent and the coffee shop we had a nice relaxing time the activities host was also very pleasant "

"The royalton is a beautiful property with plenty of restaurants and bars. It was hard to reserve dining at some of the restaurants, but the buffet was always available. "
"The owner asked for more in deposit than was in the deal with Hotels.com
He also wanted me to pay extra for the electricity after I had stayed there for 2 nights ,not in the contract with Hotels.com
I did not agreed with this and did not pay."

"First I spoke with Johany and she ensured all my reservations were perfect. Then I met Rosa and that lady is probably the best and sweetest masajista ever. She’s thorough and is very watchful ensuring comfort is consistent and at all times. The rest of the team were always so nice and fun to chat with as well. Truly a great experience!"
