"The staff at some of the restaurants were less than nice. Even sarcastic. The drinks at the swim up bar were VERY watered down. Everything on the resort (shopping) was highly overpriced. We felt we got priced gauged many times."

"Cuartos en mal estado deteriorados con fuerte olor a humedad , aire acondicionado ruidoso , las de limpieza no hacían las cosas bien las toallas en pésimas condiciones , rotas con mal olor a quemado y abombau al igual que las sábanas , la comida estaba regular los restaurantes abren a las 6:00 pm y ya a las 6:20 no tenían capacidad para anotar más personas, Pisina deteriorada también , en fin no lo recomiendo ."

"The staff was so nice and so welcoming every day. It's very family friendly, there is an event every night just for kids, usually a dance party, that our 2 year old granddaughter loved! The food at the buffet was normal for an all-inclusive resort, most of the food was not hot (temperature wise), the food at the sit-down restaurants was very hit or miss. The Flame steakhouse had very good food, the food at the Mongolian grill-style restaurant, Nomad, was outstanding. The food at the Brazilian restaurant was all over-cooked. The Tex-Mex restaurant, Tequila was good. The beverages at the poolside bars were very refreshing."
