“The resort was beautiful. But we paid to upgrade and we noticed that there were sometimes where people that didn’t upgrade just walked in. Also, our room was on the third floor and pretty far from everything. Also, we were basically forced into listening to a timeshare. We thought it was part of the upgrade that we had to speak to someone and come to find out, It was one of those timeshare people. I do not like that they do this. I asked for spa information and got timeshare information to get……

“Excellent all around. The hotel even upgraded us to a suite for celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with them. We had a wonderful time and each of the restaurants on site were absolutely delicious. The staff was truly 5 stars!! from greeting to helping to remembering our names by the next day of our stay.
