“Exactly as pictured, actually better! Complex has multiple large pools and the access to the beach was perfect. Only down side, which was no fault of the complex or host was the sargassum. However that did not impact the view and when we wanted to cool off we took advantage of the pools! Will definitely stay here again.”

“The swimming pool was spotless and there were always enough sun loungers available. The local food in the hotel restaurants was fresh and full of authentic flavors. The gym was a bit small.”

“I stayed at this all-inclusive resort for a few days and had a mixed experience. There were several positives, including the clean facilities and many friendly, helpful staff members. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Personally, I did not find the food to be very appetizing. I also experienced a few unexpected issues, such as housekeeping entering the room very early in the morning while I was still asleep, and the toilet seat in our room being broken upon……

“The resort is beautiful, with spacious, clean rooms and a well-maintained beach that is cleaned multiple times throughout the day. The beach is great for swimming, and the food was excellent. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. Everyone went above and beyond to help and ensure we had a great experience. We stayed in the Preferred Club section and were treated wonderfully throughout our visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!”

“The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. ”
