「One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.」

「The kitchen lacked the necessary supplies for preparing meals and washing dishes; the cutlery was rusted. The name of the establishment is different from what was listed. I paid for a room with two beds—NOT a sofa—yet they assigned me a room with one bed and a sofa.」

「Amenities are in really poor conditions, place is very difficult to find, there’s no clear signs about the name of the place and the pictures doesn’t match the reality. Inside was dusty, bathrooms were dirty and the AC wasn’t working plus you need to pay an extra fee for the electricity usage. 」

「Full kitchen in our 2 bedroom apartment, beautiful view of the pool, huge terrace where I would tan. Staff was always kind and helpful. Breakfast at the beach club was ok, nothing to brag about but if you want to start your day with a quick bite, it’s good. Same thing every day on their menu.」

「The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. 」
