“Upon arrival at night, the surrounding neighborhood may feel a bit unfamiliar, as it’s a local residential area with people out and about. However, once inside the property, it feels private and comfortable, and by daylight everything felt completely safe. The property looks very similar to the photos. “We booked a Diamond Club level room for a very special birthday vacation and our Butler, Johnny made sure the experience was exceptional! We were treated like royalty from the time we booked through expedia to the end of our trip! Our other butler, Billy was equally amazing covering when Johnny was off. “This is a wonderful resort. We stayed for 2 weeks and the first week was excellent. The second week we needed to change penthouse suite as there was something wrong with out jacuzzi then the second penthouse suite we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as you would get a shock as soon as you touch the water they showed up right away to fix it. But as soon as we went to use it it would shock again. So we never had a jacuzzi for halt our stay. ”

“Excellent choice for a Dominican vacation. With kid(s). I'm a single dad and just spent six nights with my seven year old. We had an excellent time. The staff were friendly, lots of food, and stocked mini fridge every day. I loved the Canita Lagers. My seven year old could t decide which he liked more, the beach or the lazy river. We divided our time between both, with stops for ice cream at The Sweetery, every day. Great vacation. ”

“This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful.
