We were there only two days and had nothing to complain about. We are at the pool side bar area both nights and the food was good and the beer was even better.

The room we booked was not available so they downgraded us. The room we ended up with was clran, had a balcony and was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite and the service was wonderful. The staff compensated the downgrade with a dinner and masssge. The pool and grounds were immaculatel and it was a litle oasis.

A comfortable stay at Siem Reap
The staff at the hotel were all charming and very helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk. The room could do with a bit of refurbishment and the bathroom certainly needs an upgrade. There was no hairdryer provided which was unusual.
