Breakfast was ok , just 1 or 2 vegan options.

The hotel was great, staff were very helpful, location was perfect for exploring, off the main road so was quiet but very close to subway and city centre. Laundry room proved useful for us although it can be exceptionally busy. Our child's breakfast was not bookable via expedia so assumed it was already - apparently it wasn't. I think this was expedia at fault for not providing the option but could have been staff training. We were able to get early check in at 0600 which was very much appreciated. Overall very good experience.

The location is great, close to everything and subway. The only downfall is the breakfast. I wish there were more choices of food and the dishes could be different at least every other day. Eating the same staff every day for 3 consecutive days was not very enjoyable.

Hotel is in a great location it’s as center as you can get in Shanghai close to one of the most popular shopping streets that leads you right down to the bund. Great views from the higher floors of the Shanghai skyline and nice size rooms would recommend especially for any western travelers to Shanghai, much appreciated, cheers!

Hotel is in a great location it’s as center as you can get in Shanghai close to one of the most popular shopping streets that leads you right down to the bund. Great views from the higher floors of the Shanghai skyline and nice size rooms would recommend especially for any western travelers to Shanghai, much appreciated, cheers!

Historic place, very well located (although crowded area). Friendly staff, attentive. Bar a bit ezpensive

Excellent stay. Five stars. The front desk staff stood out. They were helpful from the moment I arrived and handled the language barrier with patience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. Breakfast was fresh and well organized each morning. Wi Fi was fast and reliable the entire stay. The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping stayed consistent and detail focused. The free laundry was a big plus and easy to use. Great value for the price and a convenient location. I would stay here again.
