Loved our stay!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ We had an excellent stay at the Grand Mirage Resort in Nusa Dua. The resort is beautiful, well maintained and in a fantastic beachfront location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the pools and facilities were excellent, and there was a great selection of food and drinks. The atmosphere was relaxing while still having plenty to do, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy Bali. Overall, a fantastic resort with great service and facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

I am very hard to please especially when it comes to cleanliness and customer service, but The Kana Kuta Hotel is one of the best hotel I’ve been to. I stayed 10 Days. It’s clean, peaceful, staff helpful/reliable anytime, delicious foods, very welcoming, it feels home. Also, the security and the Driver of the hotel so helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely go back and choose The Kana Kuta Hotel everytime I go Bali🙌👌

Check in was standard, though not the friendliest welcome. Room was upgraded, as per Expedia status. Though was nowhere near the standard I would expect for a 5 star super deluxe room. Pool view room, though the pool was only visible if you squeezed into the corner of the balcony. Had the continuous hum drum of an air con unit outside the window throughout the night Breakfast was not the standard you would expect for a 5 star venue. Food was replenished slowly on the buffet, there were a few stations around, but no signage telling you what was available, the food temperature was barely warm. As a one night stay after 24 hours travelling it was ok. I would struggle to stay here for longer.

This Hotel worked on every level. Right on the water with three separate pools.. food and staff were excellent. About 15 minutes from the airport and right in the centre of town would go back.
