库塔老街区，餐馆多，房间不干净

一开始不明白怎么只要100多，因为我们到酒店的时候，前台，建筑风格，位置，都不错。后来进了房间我们才明白，设施非常老旧，淋浴的水龙头水很小很小，桌椅很脏，拿纸巾一擦，都有黑的。

The room smelt of mildew, the bathroom was mouldy, the balcony door didn't lock. The sheets and towels are old. But it is very cheap so I guess you can't expect much. The location in Legian is great.

Won’t be coming back to this hotel. Have stayed before but this time was terrible. Shocking pillows feel like rags stuffed inside my bag was ripped from my shoulder whilst I was standing in hotel car park. No enquiry from management concerning this incident not even a word of concern or apology from management. Disgusting room clean dead cockroach in room for four days we actually tried to get another hotel for our last night pool is lovely spa is lovely. That’s it never again I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. So disappointed

The manager is a bad man. When i complained about the fuming fogging , he came to my room with 2 security guards, charging at me shouting with guards i. Tow pointing his finger and threatened me with imigration and police for complaining to staff about yhis danger and said its safe and he has worked there 30 years and not dead, he wasnt there for fogging. No shame putting his staff through this.. my complaint obviously scared him, so he got aggressive.... stayed there 2 days out of 10, he told me to leave and then gave me a letter of proof saying i left, and not told to leave

Das Person immer nett hilfsbereit bemüht alles bestens zu machen . Die Zimmer sind etwas älter trotzdem werden die Zimmer jeden Tag mit liebe sauber gemacht. This place is in a very good spot It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants The staff are really friendly and very helpful I’ve stayed there about ten times The only bad thing is if you want to relax in your room the television is a bit hit and miss I didn’t have reception But don’t worry they ended up putting a smart tv in the room so I could watch Netflix I will be back again soon

Var på Champlung i to uker, og hadde det veldig bra! Hyggelig og vennlig personalet som yter god service. Fint med to bassenger, hvor mange står klare til å hjelpe deg. Hadde også veldig god hjelp av Edy som kjørte meg til Ubud for sightseeing og hentet meg på flyplassen. Anbefaler hotellet til alle.

We stay here very regular. the hotel is dated but the staff are beautiful. The rooms are huge. The 2 pools are great and the day spa up stairs is a must! It is some where to lay your head of a night and the price you just can not beat

Very happy with our stay .we requested two rooms together but wasnt available for 1st night but the staff made it happen the next day .Also one of our rooms the air-conditioner broke down with three nights left so my friends got moved to larger room .Would definitely stay there again .

The room was huge, and always clean. The bed was super comfy and water pressure was amazing. Location was great with everything we wanted, close by. Cheap cocktail happy hour (which we took advantage of daily, lol). The place is a little run down, but we aren't fussy, so didn't mind too much. The only real negatives would be the lack of air flow in the centre of the complex. There is no air movement and with smoking, it does linger. And, it does get noisy at times as the sound just reverberates. We would consider staying in this location again as the positives definitely outweighed the negative.
