The hotel was not as good as it appeared on the Expedia website. The room was very tired and a bit knackered and the bathroom was old and needed updating.
As we have gold membership, it stated that we would get 20% off the food in the restaurant and at the spa.... the restaurant only served breakfast (which was limited and often ran out of food options) and there wasn't a spa on site.
The staff were the only really good thing about the hotel. All of them were polite and friendly and really helpful. The Expedia write-up about this hotel was mis-leading.
The location of this hotel was good; right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Overall though, we were disappointed with this hotel.

Actually pictures from the website advertised is not the same when we arrived at the hotel
Breakfast not at the hotel it self, have to go to other hotel to have Breakfast instead and not even good.

We had a great stay, staff are always willing to help and I must say our room was very clean and breakfast was great. We had lunch and room service on few occasions and it was beyond our expectations, amazing!

The hotel was excellent. Superb breakfast and the room was outstanding.
Staff very kind and helpful. The amenities are excellent - spa and pool. It was our 2nd stay here. We will be back.
