Very disappointing stay. I specifically booked a room for two people expecting two proper beds, but instead received one bed and a rollaway bed, which was not what I paid for. The room was also missing basic amenities—there were no slippers provided and no water available to make coffee. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again.

"Great place - the rooms were large and clean. Kitchen in the suite had any tool you’d need and a full-size fridge, cook top and dishwasher. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Pretty quiet property and really convenient location. Comfortable beds. No elevators though so get a ground floor room ..."
