We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the room was thoughtfully stocked with amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything I needed was already provided. The attention to detail really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The outdoor pool and show were fantastic as well. The water temperature was warm and comfortable, and we enjoyed it so much that we stayed there for almost two hours.
One small suggestion: the area around the pool can be quite slippery when wet. I unfortunately slipped and fell once, so it would be great if additional safety measures could be considered.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Clean building. Clean room and great views. Staffs werd helpful. You will hear some noose from the next room. But it is expected in all resort.

Location is right next to Nanta theatre. Besides Jeju Starlight World Park & Planetarium, there is nothing much nearby. No bellboy service too.
Rooms were cleaned daily. However, room didnt come with amenities like toothbrush, toothbrush or comb. Do bring your own.
