Very respinsive staff.
Maintenance is completed promptly
Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue. Didn't appreciate that. We lost two pairs of shoes.

The toilet flush was broken took them hours to fix it. Once they supposedly fixed it the toilet just kept running. Food was terrible overall. I would not rate this hotel 5 stars. I think it was rated in correctly. Over priced and so disappointed.

Good overall, but the pool isn’t heated, and the A/C in our room wasn’t very effective. The hallways to the rooms felt gross. Dirty carpet and smelled.
Great beach view and access. The food was good.
