We had a great stay at Grand Mercure hotel. The staff were very helpful and professional. Especially the staff at breakfast and dinner they were very courteous and friendly. The hotel is in a great location as you have everything close by. Patong beach is a 7 minute walk and Central shopping centre is a 15 minute walk. It is a very busy and live area. The only improvement I may suggest with the hotel is cleanliness of rooms. Overall cleanliness was okay however at times there were dust and hair in places. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

The staff were Amazing, genuinely friendly and welcoming. My check in with Nota unbelievable, just wonderful. She surprised me with a birthday cake and card delivered to my room. My room was spotless. Breakfast amazing! Amazing birthday experience.
