Good location, easy access to transit and food and beverages. Good rate. Easy. Check in, friendly staff. However, both elevators for North Tower out of service, 40 minute wait. Technician was doing maintenance and couldn’t re-energize elevators.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Opus. It had been almost 15 years since the last time I stayed here. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the location remains the best for walking—-where it’s on false creek or wandering around downtown. My room was super comfy and I can’t wait to come back

Stayed four nights at Versante and the staff kindly provided us the room for our unexpected early check-in. Hotel car service for airport pick up is great. Nice bathroom amenities and comfortable bed but we should have requested a couple lo-loft pillows. I am an extremely light sleeper and even though our room faces the quieter side of the hotel, the soundproofing of this hotel proved inadequate for my needs for both inside and outside noises.
