“guest room outlook a bit outdated, but generally clean and tidy....nice balcony with seaview, convenient parking... no air conditioner inside the room and a bit hot in summer afternoon... the hotel restaurant was closed for two days and we had no chance to try their food”

“The room was cleanish, but the bathroom had hair all over the walls and ceiling. The bed and pillows were awful, and there was no free breakfast included.”

“This hotel has been recently renovated and the attention to detail in renovations was not great. Our sink was off center which caused a lot of splashing onto the floor. The room was really tight. Not a lot of room to move around. That said it was cheaper than a lot of other options. Decent value”

“We were not pleased at all with the customer service. When asking help for technical problem for our tv the owner came to help and when he couldn’t fix the problem he became very rude. He told us to go home if we wanted to watch Netflix. Who does that!!! The staff was good just not the owner.”

“Our first contact with the office staff was great. She was very kind and friendly. The only concern I had was for anyone with a lousy car or personal mobility issues... The facility is on a very steep slope and some may find it quite difficult. Great location in town and close to an awesome cafe. Powell River is totally worth visiting. Cheers Scott.”
