Everything about the hotel was excellent. The only glitch is that the the noise from wave runners in the canal gets amplified due to the building on both sides and gets annoying, but it is no refletion on the hotel itself.

We stayed 3D2N at the Sheraton. We arrived very late on the 1st night, got arranged to a room which we think might have been one of the worst rooms of this hotel.
