Excellent staff , young tall thin man who served me on the desk was excellent . Very central for CBD . Disappointed that there was no bar or no info in room about WiFi etc .

Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing.

This one of my favourite hotels

We stayed here for the location, the room having a small kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The hotel is needing some renovation, the shower was in the bath and water went everywhere, the soap dispensers were empty in the shower and it seemed they did not have replacements. Having said that the room was a good size, looked out on the river towards Crown. It had parking which we needed. It’s also a little noisy from the trams and trains running in the road where the room looked out on.

Great place to stay close to everything. I mostly stay at this property when in staying in the city

Excellent hotel, perfectly located and the staff were top notch. Didn't eat at the hotel as it was not good value. Had a look at the buffet at their Melba restaurant but at A$120pp decided to eat elsewhere.
