Stayed here as a family of five for 6 days. It was a little cramped in the room, but we made it through! We loved the view from the room on the 17th floor. The room was clean, beds were comfy, the shower water was hot, and the AC ran nice and cold. We only ate breakfast one day, but it was decent. The location was perfect for most of the touristy sites (Times Square, Empire State Building, 5th Ave.) and close to subway stations. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved Nobleden! The location is excellent. You are right in the middle of Chinatown and little Italy! If you’re a foodie this place is perfect! The hotel gives a discount card for many places around the area. All the food we tried was delicious. You are also near the cheapest souvenirs. Walking distance to the metro. The hotel is clean and the staff is so friendly. They have a microwave and water available downstairs and can’t beat the rooftop views. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and the rooms are immaculate. On my many stays, this is the first time a doorman greeted me upon arriving and leaving the hotel( he recognized me throughout my stay). My only suggestions is that staff should greet and acknowledge guest coming and going. Read up on The Ritz Carlton customer service philosophy. I still fully recommend The Lombardy.
