West London Kid friendly Holidays

A well maintained and comfortable hotel with most helpful staff. The room was well appointed and the breakfast offer- especially the "Continental" - was excellent. Very convenient for local shops etc in Ealing Broadway and transport links both to the West End and Heathrow. I would stay there again.

Many of the rooms have no windows to the outside, they just open into an indoor conference room, this is not clear on the website. The rooms are very warm even with the AC on full. The shower in our room had a frosted glass wall into the bedroom, okay for a couple but may not be if you are travelling with your mother. The coffee shop at the hotel is no longer open, there is only the breakfast buffet which is £22pp, however there are lots of coffee shops in the area. Overall it suited our needs but did not meet our expectations.

The location is good in terms of getting into central London with Hammersmith tube only a short walk. The rooms are really three star, basic with only a kettle and some water as frills. We did not find the bed too comfortable, and the bathroom looked like was due for upgrade. Breakfast was very good with a lot of quality ingredients and options. The lifts / elevators need attention with long waits and more than 5 people was an overload. Also getting in and out of the hotel was not straightforward, the lobby is on the first floor so you have to get a small lift up one floor. It would be better to have an escalator and is an obvious upgrade. Parking is £1.50 per hour with a code the hotel give you on checkout. I don't think for the price-point I will return, there are newer and better options available locally.

When we fly from Heathrow, my wife and I always stay here. The staff are wonderful and we like it that we always see the same people in the restaurant. They now recognize us, which makes it a home from home. This time round Ayesha looked after us at breakfast, she already knew our preferences, and was just all round a great help.

Loved the stay. Room are big by UK standard. But super small for normal people 😂😂
