The room was clean and absolutely beautiful. The architecture and decor were simply exceptional. The calm and tranquility of the hotel at night was so perfect. The staff were among the best in Thailand that we experienced. They helped us arrange a car for a day of sightseeing, made an amazing breakfast, and were so accommodating and friendly! This was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand by far.

The food was great and the atmosphere was beautiful and it felt like nature. The workers and staff are very nice.
The thing about the pool is that it's covered under the trees so the water is very cold and almost too cold to go in. The room was only cleaned halfway throughout our time in there. Overall it was a beautiful location but I plan on finding a place where the pool would be more usable and our room would be more cleaned up.

I don’t know where to start. We cannot say enough about our stay at 137 Pillars. The property is stunning go begin with, but it really comes down to the staff. Toto, our butler, was so thoughtful and attentive to anything we needed, but indeed the whole staff is imbued with the spirit of hospitality. It’s truly a special place we didn’t want to leave!

Pro’s : quiet street, friendly staff, pool, affordable breakfast next door, affordable, daily housekeeping
Con’s: pool only gets sun 2 hours of day, squeaky bed, little to no hot water showers, can really hear the people around you although everyone was respectful and quiet!
Overall, this hotel was worth the affordable price. Cold showers were the worst part though.
