Cattus Island County Park Kid friendly Holidays

Front desk was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Great location in the midst of Times Square. I shared a King "Deluxe" room with my mom. The room and bathroom are very small. Just enough space for the bed itself. Was also charged a "facilities/resort fee" for amenities like internet. I guess it's worth the price for Times Square, but anywhere else would not cut it.

Nice staff, great Broadway location

This hotel location cannot be beat! Perfect for nearby shopping, convenience of dining options, literally a 1 min walk to Times Square. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming, the housekeeping staff were super efficient and quick to satisfy requests. Despite the hotel proximity to Times Square, the rooms were sufficiently sound proofed. I would definitely stay again! Point to note, if your room doesn't have a coffee machine, just ask for one. Some amenities are only given on request.

In overall everything was okay, the hotel located in a very busy area, next to penn station and madison sq garden, so getting there and from there is pretty easy, no matter if you come from JFK or EWR. I don't know if other floors are remodeled, but my floor (33rd) felt very old, but maintained. The room was very clean, which is the most important thing to me.
