A hotel that actually fits its five star rating. Excellent quality accommodation, rooms and common areas. Can select from a wide range of breakfast buffet options. Most noticeable was the excellent customer service, prompt responses to requests and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely look to stay again.

Friendly Staff and Courteous, Variety of breakfast menu, My Favorite Juice bar.
Feel Safe.
Didn’t get a chance to visit Spa but the pool clean and lovely.
My Husband and I will be back to stay at the Ritz again.
