we had a lovely time, the front desk and door staff plus room cleaning people are kind and very happy to help. If we were picky the bar staff downstairs were a little inattentive so rather than waiting at the table to catch their eye we had to go to them. The pool upstairs is cold in February - but it will be lovely in summer. Great place for an evening drink

The staff and service were excellent. The rooftop bar had great drinks and food. Jenny and Jimmy were great and helped with organizing shuttles and spa services.

Great aparthotel in good location close to nice restaurants, shops and bars.
Room really spacious, massage best I have ever had anywhere in the world. Staff really attentive and super helpful in reception and restaurant.
Only disappointed with pool being closed for re-grouting and was not made aware of this until we arrived.
I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Vietnam.

We stayed at Studio executives twin tower B. Our room was clean and spacious. Having washer and dryer was very nice. Grocery store they have is first class in Vietnam.
The only thing I would suggest to improve in the room is hair dryer.
Also breakfast was average.

Property is not in same condition as photos. Looks run down, worn out, dirty. Room had a balcony with two broken down stools. After squatting all day at street vendors, a decent chair in the room would’ve been great. Staff (Jenny) was 5 stars. So friendly and helpful.
