The resort is great for familles, especially the 2 bedroom units—but the 3 stars is for the food which was mediocre at best. The best part of the food was the snacks left each day in our room. Staff at the front are very, very pushy in check in and again at check out with trying to get you to buy a return package—No was not the correct answer even after being given multiple times! We also only arrived with 3 adults instead of 4 as reserved due to illness and while we understood somewhat to not being able to get the all-inclusive daily rate for that 4th adult returned due to no notice—we still had to argue at the end to have them remove the daily resort tax for her when they KNEW she didn’t even check in!
