This is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. They helped us navigate Tokyo Station and even got us train tickets. The room was really big and comfortable. The staff are so kind and helpful. And the location is so convenient located at Tokyo Station.

Yes, this hotel is expensive, but then what 5 star hotel in the middle of Tokyo isn’t? It was absolutely worth it. The rooms were impeccable and luxuriousand the stay was memorable. Thank you. To all staff at Cerulean Tower we’re going above and beyond.
