Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Couldn’t use the pool, definitely not the right season for it. Too cold. I’ve lived in Tahoe before and seen this but didn’t know how nice of a place 3Peaks was, and great room price!

The only thing this hotel has is the location. The staff is not very accommodating. They refused another hour of late check out. They kicked everyone out of the hot tub pool area at 9:55pm. The rooms are dirty and old.
