Three stars because of CONS noted. Please read full review to understand low rating due to Expedia reservation mixup. Otherwise hotel itself is nice. Had alarming checkin mixup. My friend and I traveled to meet in Vegas. I book Expedia frequently and have never been told I don’t have a reservation and hotel is full. This happened. Even after calling a manager over to show my Expedia Conf# and exact dates within App. This was upsetting having traveled and told we didn’t have a room. I had even messaged hotel prior to my arrival informing them of our late 8PM flight so they were aware. They even messaged me back thanking me. You can imagine my suprise when I was told my 3 night reservation wasn’t found and since booked through 3rd party (Expedia) they couldn’t do anything. Ultimately after a wait, manager somehow “found a room” and we were able to checkin. We appreciated the manager doing the right thing! Room was great, and modern. Stakehouse was nice. Coffee shop understaffed but fast with good coffee. Nice dealers at the tables. This was HardRock Hotel. Clearly a change in ownership and staff remaining from Hardrock are feeling confusion and mismanagement under new ownership. A small drink at poolside bar outrageously priced at $25, but seemed to be that way everywhere.

The hotel itself was adequate and the staff were very attentive. One thing which surprised me greatly was the daily charge for the in room coffee, sugar and creamer. $8 per day for 2 coffee pods!! Also there was a sign in the bathroom indicating there would be a $25 charge if the toiletry dispensers were moved. Really, MGM??

Bathroom floor was dirty. Cabinets next to tv were full of trash. Towels were in hotrible condition. Torn and old. Bed was comfortable but with stiff sheets. Not what we expected at a stay here. Also, hit or miss with the staff. Rudeness always outweighs those that were great. The buffet.. horrible! Dont bother making a reservation. Youre still in the same line with no urgency. $100 for dinner and food mediocre. Was such a waste of money there. Nothing impressive at all.

The ac was loud and many of the light bulbs did not work. But the room was great otherwise. Like that it’s a smaller hotel. Loved that it was connected to Eataly for all the great food.

Excellent Rome boutique small hotel just a few minutes off the main roads coming out of Piazza di Popillo. Great location, quiet neighborhood and excellent restaurants very close by as well as shopping. Easy walk to Spanish steps from this location.

Excellent Rome boutique small hotel just a few minutes off the main roads coming out of Piazza di Popillo. Great location, quiet neighborhood and excellent restaurants very close by as well as shopping. Easy walk to Spanish steps from this location.

The property is huge, plenty to do. My room with the fountain view was immaculate, I was able to get an upgrade free of charge. Their Mexican restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious. Overall, great stay and will be back!

Excellent location for walking. Convenient to many restaurants. Old Hotel but the room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds but because of the location of our room right on the strip it was very noisy. I would suggest getting an upper floor if possible which may help the noise situation. Can't say there's anything special about the casino floor but it's a great thing that they have the corridor between the Horseshoe and the Paris which gives you access to lot more upscale options for dining and shops. Very good price for midweek and you can get a super affordable clean room there if you are looking for a budget stay. .
