What a fabulous hotel for exploring Lisbon! It is in the Baixa but is so accessible to almost everything you want to see. The common areas and rooms are beautifully designed and feature many nods to Lisbon landmarks. The breakfast is stellar, with lovely fruit and egg dishes to order. Even though this is a busy street, the rooms are quiet at night. The linens and beds are high quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will look for this brand in other European cities.

Great stay! Location was perfect. We were able to walk to sites, shops and restaurants. Hosts were amazing. Kind and helpful, gave us an area overview and recommendations. Breakfast to the room every morning was more than expected! Convenient, plentiful and great selection of fresh food.

Luxury. It’s in the name and they delivered. Beautiful quiet apartment with every amenity plus more. Comfortable, fantastic location, and excellent customer service.

The staff at the hotel and the location were both excellent. The bed itself was very hard. We did ask for better pillows after the first night sleep and they provided some which were more comfortable. There’s no place in the bathroom to plug in the blow dryer so women have to use a blow dryer in the room where there is not a mirror. Our balcony only had one chair, even though there were two of us in the room and I had to ask for a second chair which they got to us by the end of our second day. Just a few things they could do to make this an exceptional place to stay. We also wished the thermal bath was warmer as it was too cold to really enjoy it.

Upgraded to the junior suite which was absolutely amazing. Property is spotless and the staff are eager to assist. Would highly recommend when visiting Lisbon!
