The staff from arrival to departure went above and beyond could not have asked for better service from the wait staff at the restaurants to the bartenders, housekeeping, room service and last but not least our butler Pedro absolutely a 5 star plus experience. Everything is good; rooms to pools. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Food and drinks were good as well. Best part 24/7 room service.

Very large room and a bathroom that was set up in a clever way for multiple people to use it at the same time. Lots of pools. Neat little details like popsicle stations and cocktail food trucks in various locations. Great waterpark. Free golf cart "trains" driving around the resort on fixed routes, picking up and dropping off guests.

Great staff. Buffet dining was actually really good. One of the best buffets at an all inclusive that I can think of. Thank you for a nice vacation.
