The hotel and its property is well kept, big factor is its a new boutique. 2nd day didn’t have buffet which was a surprised cause it’s supposed to be daily. staff are helpful and speaks english (most of them, not all)

A boutique hotel that conveniently located in Old Quarter near the lake. Very well managed with excellent customer service being provided by all staff from front desk to house keeping, who helped our travel stress free.

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.
