Tsumagoi Panorama Line Mountain Holidays

We stayed as a family with two children 6 & 9. This hotel is an excellent option for families. There is a dual washer and a dryer in the room. Window to the Main Street. Good ac and dehumidifier. You can plug in a fire stick into the the tv. Close to two stations - Akihabara and Asakusabashi but not in the thick of touristy streets. You can walk to both the stations in less than 10mins. There is a large grocery store 5mins walk with lots of fresh and prepared food options. Rooms are nicely laid out. There are only 2 rooms per floor. They provide tooth brushes, tooth paste, laundry detergent, hair brush, Q-tips, hair ties etc. Yodobashi Akiba @ Akihabara station has anything you could ever want, Hotel Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly & the room was clean, tidy, and neat. The amenities around the area is great. The room we stayed at were enough room for a family of five. Would definitely stay there again.

Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.

Staff was great. Area is away from the busy tourist spots. Quick access to the metro. Will stay there again for our next trip.

Great modern hotel in an excellent location close to 3 different subway stations making it very easy to get to most of the well known sights of Tokyo. Worked out really well. Washer dryer in the room is very handy if you are in a group, although you might need help with the Japanese controls. Well designed room with lift access, although entry corridor inside the room is a little cramped. Friendly staff, and the sell bottled water on reception for ¥50 which is the cheapest you'll find anywhere. Close to several konbinis and numerous restaurant options around Daimon Station, including several good breakfast places like Matsuya, Fuji Soba, Dennys, Precious Moments and other coffee shops. Beware that the hotel does NOT handle luggage forwarding, so you will have to use the 7-11 a few mins walk away. Price for the room was great value too. TIP: They have special "TOSO double window blinds" in the room. You'll need to watch a Youtube video to figure out how to operate!

True 5 star hotel Amazing staff and service

5 star serenity and class amidst the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.

Only stayed here two nights / but they were fabulous. The best part was the window seat in our bedroom. It was gorgeous to sit and drink coffee at in the morning - and wind down watching the city at night. The beds and bath were lovely as well. Easy access to transit and the staff found not have been better!

The room was great. Small as usual but just enough space for family of 5. Location was a bit out of town but still cloae enough. Great super markets across the road and 7/11 around the corner. It is inconvenient with 1 lift only, the staff were friendly. There are no phones to call reception so need to go to reception in person.

Amazing property. Didn’t want to leave. Layout of the suite was brilliant. Beds a little hard for my taste. I’d return in a heartbeat .

Beautiful, clean, quiet new hotel. Very comfortable and homely. Close to many subway stops & walkable to Ginza shops & tokyo station
