Clean and comfortable

Staff were all so friendly and professional. Room was fantastic for a compact double room excellent facilities an cleanliness. Bathroom was very small however it was functional and done to a very impressive standard with fixtures and fittings.

The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about staying there again.

Every chance I have to stay at a Citadines’ property, I am grateful. The rooms are large, the kitchenette very functional, the staff courteous and helpful. South Kensington lived up to, no, exceeded my expectations. If you have never stayed there, this is your chance for a wonderful experience. In addition, it is close to one of the best Underground stations in London. And, there is a fabulous grocery store (Waitrose) nearby and a pharmacy and wonderful restaurants as well. Finally, let’s not forget the free coffee machine that serves exquisite espresso and specialty drinks. I could not be happier !

Nice place with good rooms But cleaning is not good for guests staying more than one night.

Lovely staff. Rooms were clean. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, Borough market, subway station, art gallery. Didn't have breakfast at hotel. There were lot of coffee shops and breakfast spots. Nice reception area for drinks and snacks.

Wonderful welcoming staff, beautifully presented rooms, immaculately clean. Unfortunately did not get the time to sample the amazing restaurant menu. Peaceful haven when in London will definitely return.
