Wonderful room on the 25th floor with fantastic views of the city, immaculate service, good gym and pool

All I can say is WOW. Loved every minute. The staff treat you like Royalty. We’re platinum members of Expedia and received a free upgrade. The buffet breakfast is very good. Lots of variety. A great free perk. Can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic room with great views and cleaned well every day The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is perfect with spectacular sunsets! There was only one negative, which was the pool area. There are just not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. We were having to get up at 6 - 6:30am for us to get four or five together. People were actually sat on their sunbeds before it got light!! Having said that, if there were beds that hadn’t been used for three or four hours in the morning, the staff were happy for you to remove those towels which helped. I would still come back here as the rest of the hotel is really nice

Great stay. Excellent room with large bathroom and plenty of water pressure. Staff where fantastic. Close access to mall and BTS is very convenient. Will probably stay there again on my next trip. (Deluxe Room - Hollywood, Ratchaprasong View, 32nd floor)

The food was great and the atmosphere was beautiful and it felt like nature. The workers and staff are very nice. The thing about the pool is that it's covered under the trees so the water is very cold and almost too cold to go in. The room was only cleaned halfway throughout our time in there. Overall it was a beautiful location but I plan on finding a place where the pool would be more usable and our room would be more cleaned up.
